1. Decide how the cookies will be used
Start with what you want the cookies to do at your event. Are they a welcome gift for delegates?
Something to enjoy during a meeting? A takeaway for guests? Perhaps you’re planning to include them in a press package or send them to clients following a product launch.
The intended use helps determine the packaging and presentation. For example, individually wrapped cookies work particularly well for conferences and exhibitions, where guests may want to save their treat for later.
A presentation box is a lovely option for a client gift or a more personal thank-you.We can add your branding to individual cookie wrappers or presentation boxes, depending on how you’d like the finished product to look.
2. Work out how many cookies you’ll need
Guest numbers are a useful starting point, although the type of event will influence how many cookies to order. For a seated conference with a confirmed guest list, one cookie per attendee is usually a sensible starting point.
If they’re being offered from a stand or reception desk, consider how many people you realistically expect to engage with. For events where cookies are freely available throughout the day, you may want to allow a little extra. Here are some practical starting points:
| Event | Suggested Quantity |
| Team meeting for 30 | 30 cookies |
| Conference with 100 delegates | 100 – 110 cookies |
| Exhibition Stand | Based on expected visitors and distribution |
| Client gift packages | One per recipient, or more if creating gift boxes |
| Office celebration | One per person, with a small allowance for extras |
These figures are planning estimates. Your final quantity will depend on the format of your event and how you intend to distribute the cookies.
Our minimum order for branded cookies for corporate events is 30 cookies.
For larger events, we can discuss quantities and packaging arrangements to suit your requirements.
3. Think about where your branding should appear
There are several ways to approach branded cookies for corporate events, and the presentation should reflect your event.A company logo is often all that’s needed. For a product launch, you might prefer the campaign artwork, a particular message or a design created specifically for the occasion. At Happy Crumb, branding is applied to the packaging, allowing us to retain the appearance and texture of our signature cookies.Options include:
Individual clear wrappers with branded stickers.
Branded presentation boxes.
A combination of individual and outer-box branding.
Individual packaging is particularly useful if cookies will be distributed separately, while presentation boxes work well for gifting. We can also accommodate multiple designs within an order, subject to the artwork and packaging requirements.
4. Get your artwork ready
Good artwork makes a noticeable difference to the finished packaging. Our individual branded stickers are circular, measuring approximately 51 mm in diameter. This is worth keeping in mind if you’re planning a design with text, a detailed logo or multiple graphical elements. For the clearest result, we recommend keeping important text and logos comfortably within the circular design area.A few things to consider:
Use a high-resolution version of your logo.
Avoid placing important information too close to the edge.
Keep text large enough to remain readable at the finished size.
Allow for the circular crop when preparing your design.
Our preferred artwork format is a print-ready PDF in CMYK, with appropriate bleed and crop marks. If you’re working with an internal design team or an external agency, sending these specifications over early can save time when the order reaches production. If you’re uncertain whether your artwork will work, you’re welcome to contact us before ordering.

5. Choose flavours that suit your guests
Flavour selection deserves some thought, especially when you’re ordering for a large group. For corporate events, familiar flavours tend to be a practical starting point.
Our Classic Chocolate Cookie is a popular choice, with a thick, soft centre and generous chocolate throughout.Depending on our current menu and availability, you may also be able to choose from other flavours, including White Chocolate and Quadruple Chocolate.
We also produce selected plant-based and wheat-free recipes. If you’re catering for guests with specific dietary requirements, please discuss these with us before ordering.
If you’re organising catering for a larger event, the Food Standards Agency’s allergen guidance is a useful reference when planning for guests with food allergies.
We’ll confirm the available options and provide the relevant allergen information so you can make an informed choice. Our cookies are prepared in a working bakery environment, so it’s important to establish individual allergy requirements in advance
6. Allow enough time for production and delivery
Branded cookies for corporate events involve a few additional steps compared with a standard cookie order.Artwork needs to be checked, packaging prepared and the cookies scheduled into production. Delivery also needs to be considered, particularly for events with fixed dates or restricted receiving hours. We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, ideally allowing at least ten days between confirming your order and its planned dispatch. When enquiring, it helps to include:
The date of your event.
The number of cookies required.
Your preferred flavour or flavour selection.
Whether you’d like individual packaging, presentation boxes or both.
Your delivery location.Any artwork or branding requirements.
We can then discuss the available options and work towards an appropriate production and dispatch schedule. Our cookies have a stated shelf life of five days, so we aim to arrange dispatch as close to your event as is practical, allowing sufficient time for delivery. For time-sensitive orders, please tell us when the cookies need to arrive rather than providing the event date alone.

7. Consider the complete guest experience
Think about the moment someone receives their cookie. At a conference, you might place individually wrapped cookies on delegate seats alongside a programme.
For an exhibition, they could be offered to visitors after a conversation with your team.
For a company celebration, branded cookies for corporate events can be arranged as part of a dessert table or given to employees to take home.
If you’re organising a theatre event, opening night or press launch, the packaging can incorporate production artwork or a message specific to the occasion. We particularly enjoy seeing how clients use their branding creatively.
A simple logo often works beautifully, although a thoughtful design linked to the event can make the finished product feel much more personal.
And, naturally, the cookie inside needs to be worth opening.
