Creating your custom cookie box is simple:

- Check that the total number matches your selected box size.
- Add your completed box to the basket.
- Choose your dispatch date during checkout.
Our current selection includes signature chocolate cookies, seasonal flavours and limited-edition creations. Available flavours may change as new cookies are launched.
Thick, Soft-Baked NYC-Style Cookies
Each cookie is generously portioned and baked to create a lightly crisp exterior with a thick, soft centre.
We use real butter, quality chocolate and carefully selected ingredients to create cookies with rich flavour and a satisfying texture. Many of our cookies contain generous chocolate chunks, fillings or toppings, so every flavour has its own character.

We deliver our build your own cookie boxes across the UK, making it easy to send freshly baked cookies to friends, relatives, colleagues or customers.
Select your preferred dispatch date at checkout. Courier delivery times may vary after dispatch, so allow suitable time when ordering for a birthday, event or fixed date.
Cookies are individually wrapped or securely packed, depending on the selected product options, to help retain their freshness during delivery.
Storage and Serving
Store your cookies in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
For the best experience, warm each cookie gently before serving. Heat it briefly until the centre becomes soft and the chocolate begins to melt. Heating times vary by appliance, so warm gradually.
Cookies can also be frozen if you would like to enjoy them later. Allow them to defrost fully before reheating.
Allergens and Dietary Requirements
Ingredients and allergens vary between cookie flavours.
Check the individual flavour information before adding cookies to your box. All products are prepared in a kitchen that handles major allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soya, peanuts and tree nuts.
Products labelled vegan or gluten-free are produced in the same kitchen as products containing animal ingredients and gluten. They may therefore be unsuitable for people with severe allergies.

You can build a box containing 6, 9, 12 or 24 cookies. Select your box size first, then choose the same total number of cookies.
Can I choose several of the same flavour?
Yes. You can mix different flavours or use your full allowance on one favourite, subject to availability.

Yes. Your cookies are prepared and baked fresh to order in our London kitchen.
Do you deliver cookie boxes across the UK?

How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Store the cookies sealed in a cool, dry place and follow the storage information supplied with your order. You can also freeze them for later.
