Inspired by one of Britain’s best-loved bakes, our Cherry Bakewell Cookie combines rich almond flavour with a fruity cherry centre in a thick, soft-baked cookie.

We redeveloped this flavour from the ground up to create a plant-based and wheat-free Cherry Bakewell cookie, while keeping the indulgent texture that makes a Happy Crumb cookie unmistakable.

Each cookie is baked fresh to order in our London kitchen, with a soft centre and flavours inspired by the classic combination of cherry and almond.

A Classic British Flavour, Reworked

Cherry Bakewell has everything we look for when creating a new Happy Crumb flavour: nostalgia, contrasting flavours and plenty of room to turn a familiar dessert into something new.

The almond flavour gives the cookie its distinctive Bakewell character, while the cherry adds fruitiness and a little sharpness to balance the sweetness.

The result is recognisably Cherry Bakewell, delivered in our thick bakery-style cookie format.
