When uploading custom artwork, please make sure:

• The image is clear and not blurred
• Important text is large enough to read
• Essential details are not positioned close to the edges
• You have permission to use the image, logo or artwork

We may adjust the crop or positioning slightly so the design fits the edible topper. Very small text and highly detailed artwork may become less visible when printed.

Delivery and Collection

Our personalised cupcakes are baked to order in London.

Select your required date during checkout. Please order early where possible, particularly for larger quantities or fixed event dates.

Cupcakes require careful handling, so delivery availability may depend on the destination, quantity and date. Contact us before ordering when you require a large delivery or have specific event timings.

Storage and Serving

Store your personalised cupcakes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
