Our Victoria sponge cake is available in two sizes:

6-Inch Victoria Sponge Cake

A four-layer cake suited to smaller birthdays, family gatherings and intimate celebrations.

Recommended servings: approximately 8 to 10 party portions.

8-Inch Victoria Sponge Cake

A larger four-layer cake made for bigger celebrations, offices and gatherings.

Recommended servings: approximately 14 to 18 party portions.

Serving numbers depend on how generously the cake is sliced. For events where several desserts are being served, you may be able to cut smaller portions.

We recommend choosing a delivery date ahead of the event wherever possible. Courier delivery times can vary, particularly during busy periods and around public holidays.

Collection may also be available from selected Happy Crumb Bakery market locations. Available delivery and collection options will be shown during checkout.

 

Storage and Serving

Keep your Victoria sponge cake refrigerated when it arrives. Remove it from the fridge approximately 30 to 60 minutes before serving, allowing the sponge and buttercream to soften and reach their best texture.

Use a clean, sharp knife to cut the cake. Wiping the knife between slices will produce neater portions.

Store any remaining cake in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within the storage period shown on the product packaging.
