Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a cookie box last?
Stored in an airtight container, your cookies stay fresh for up to a week… though most boxes don’t last that long.
Can I change my subscription box?
Yes, you can adjust your flavour selection, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
Are any of your cookies wheat-free or vegan?
Yes. Our Apple Crumble cookies are plant-based and our Cherry Bakewell cookies are both wheat-free and vegan. See each product page for full allergen details, and visit Coeliac UK for general gluten-free guidance.
What's inside a Happy Crumb cookie box?
Every box arrives with your chosen flavours individually wrapped, plus a care card with storage tips. We use just flour, sugar, unsalted butter, eggs and lots of Belgian chocolate… no shortcuts, no preservatives, just proper baking done the slow way. Each box arrives as fresh as they left our kitchen, however far they’re travelling.
