6-inch cake: Suitable for approximately 10 to 12 party portions.

8-inch cake: Suitable for approximately 18 to 24 party portions.

Serving numbers depend on how the cake is cut. Smaller party portions will serve more guests, while generous dessert portions will reduce the number of servings.

Remove the cake from the fridge before serving and use a clean, sharp knife for neater slices.

Storage and Serving Instructions

Keep the cake refrigerated after delivery or collection.

For the best flavour and buttercream texture, remove it from the fridge approximately 60 to 90 minutes before serving. Keep the cake in a cool room, away from direct sunlight, radiators and other sources of heat.

Return any remaining cake to the fridge in an airtight container. Follow the use-by information supplied with your order.
