Branded Cookies for Events & Corporate Gifting

Handmade branded cookies for corporate events, product launches, press nights, client gifts and team celebrations. Baked in London in our signature NYC style, our generously sized cookies combine your chosen flavours with packaging featuring your company logo or campaign artwork.

About Your Event

We plan baking and delivery around when you need your cookies.

Before placing an event order, please contact us with:

• Your event date.
• Your required delivery date and latest acceptable arrival time.
• The delivery address or venue postcode.
• Any venue access instructions or delivery restrictions.

We’ll review your requirements, confirm the delivery plan and advise which dispatch date to select when ordering.

London Event Deliveries

For London deliveries, we usually use Pedal Me. Depending on your venue and required arrival time, we may be able to dispatch and deliver on the day of your event.

Same-day and timed deliveries are subject to availability and confirmation. Delivery directly to your venue can help keep arrangements straightforward and your cookies fresh.

Deliveries Outside London

We send orders outside London using a next-day courier service. We recommend arranging delivery as close to your event as practical, allowing time for possible courier delays.

If your cookies must arrive before a particular time, please contact us before ordering so we can advise on the delivery arrangements.

Large orders, timed deliveries and multi-box consignments may require a bespoke delivery quotation. Collection from our London production kitchen is available by prior arrangement.

Choose Your Corporate Branded Cookies & Packaging

Select one flavour or create an assorted order using the available flavours in the builder. Our cookies are approximately 110g each, with a thick, soft-centred NYC-style texture.

Available flavours may change with the season.

Choose the presentation that suits your event:

• Individually wrapped: convenient for handouts, gifting and guests taking cookies away.
• Unwrapped: ready to arrange on serving platters or an event table.
• Individually boxed: add presentation boxes for some or all of your cookies.

Custom branding can be added to the individual cookie wrappers, presentation boxes, or both. Your logo is applied to the packaging using circular stickers.

Standard Happy Crumb Bakery branding is available when you select the option without custom branding.

Quantity discounts apply automatically in the builder. Boxing and custom branding are additional options, and your total product price updates as you make your selections. Delivery is charged separately.

Your Logo & Artwork

Upload your artwork in PDF, PNG or JPG format, with a maximum file size of 5MB.

Our custom branded cookie stickers are 51mm in diameter. Please supply PDF artwork at the finished sticker size. For PNG and JPG files, use a clear, high-resolution image and check its positioning in the preview.

You can upload separate designs for cookie wrappers and presentation boxes.

Check your artwork carefully before approving it. PDF artwork will also be checked by the bakery before printing.

Turnaround & Express Orders

Please allow five working days from payment and approval of print-ready artwork for your order to be ready for dispatch. Courier delivery time is additional.

Larger orders or bespoke packaging requirements may need additional preparation time. We’ll confirm this when discussing your order.

For any order needed sooner, please contact us before purchasing.

Express production of three working days or fewer may be available, subject to capacity, with a 25% surcharge on your configured cookie order, including branding and packaging. Delivery is charged separately.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Your requested delivery date and time are confirmed when we agree your delivery plan.

Freshness & Allergen Information

Our custom branded cookies have a best-before shelf life of five days from baking. We recommend receiving them as close to your event as practical and following the storage guidance supplied with your order.

Our kitchen handles allergens. Please check the allergen information for your selected flavours and contact us before ordering about any specific dietary requirements.

Corporate Cookie Gifts & Multiple Deliveries

Branded cookies are suitable for conferences, exhibitions, product launches, theatre events, staff gifts and client gifting.
