We recommend allowing 10 days from order confirmation to dispatch. This allows time for artwork checks, production and packaging. If your deadline is tight, get in touch and we will confirm what is achievable before you commit.
Yes, we can match buttercream colours closely using your guidelines or reference colours. Exact colour matching can vary slightly due to edible colouring and lighting.
Our standard event cupcake builder allows 1 or 2 designs per order. This works well for alternating logos, campaign variants or press night branding. If you need more, request a quote so we can confirm feasibility and pricing.
We recommend high-resolution PNG or JPEG files. Artwork should be clear, well-lit, and ideally square. Vector files are welcome for logo work. We will review your artwork before production and contact you if any adjustments are needed.
All event cupcakes are packed in protective trays and shipped in insulated packaging. This helps preserve structure, finish, and buttercream texture during transit, so they arrive as they left our kitchen.

Yes. For corporate gifting, we can arrange delivery to multiple addresses. This is handled via a quote process, where you provide address details in a spreadsheet and we confirm costs, timelines, and dispatch dates.
