Do you offer discounts?Absolutely! Sign up to the newsletter for a discount on your first order. You can also sign up to the monthly subscription you'll receive a delicious box of baked goodies every month and save 10%.

What makes your bakes so good?I bake everything to order, and they are shipped the same day. The ingredients I use are the best quality and every recipe is rigerously tweaked and tested until it is perfect and reliable..... Not to mention the extensive taste testing!

How did you work out your prices?I've worked hard to ensure that my recipes use the best quality ingredients, and that the final products are indulgent and generous, all while being reasonably priced.

Do you have a physical store?Sadly, not at the moment.

Do you do wholesale pricing?Absolutely! If you are a business owner I have options available and would love to work with you. Get in touch and let me know your requirements and I'll set you up as a wholesale customer.

What allergens are in your bakes?Allergen information is included on each of the individual product pages. Due to the nature of the baking process, I cannot guarantee my products do not contain traces of any other major allergens. If you are severely allergic to any major allergen, or could be affected by trace amounts, sadly, the only way to ensure your safety is not to eat my products.

What makes your ingredients so good?All of the ingredients I use are the best quality. My eggs are British free range, the chocolate is all certified by the Rainforest Alliance, and the butter is 100% British real butter.... no substitutes here!

Do you offer Vegan or Gluten Free products?At this stage, sadly not... but I am looking to add to my core range soon! Sign up to the newsletter and keep in touch and I'll let you know as soon as new products are available.

Can I freeze your cookies?Absolutely! Because they are shipped the day they are baked, they will be suitable for freezing when they get to you. It's best to put them in the freezer as soon as possible and I'd recommend eating them within three months (but I'll guarantee they won't last that long!) When you're ready to eat them, either warm them in the microwave or a hot oven for a few minutes.

How long do your bakes last?The cookies are best enjoyed within 5 days but you can freeze them if you want them to last longer.

What delivery options are available?All orders are shipped express as standard. Items should be with you between 1-2 days.

How long will my order take to arrive?If you order before 23:59 GMT on Sundays, your order will be baked and dispatched on Monday. If you order before 23:59 GMT on Wednesday, your order will be baked and dispatched on Thursday. All orders are shipped express as standard, but courier companies advise 1-2 business days.

How much does delivery cost?Delivery is £5.99 for all orders.

Do you deliver in person?All orders are shipped with a reliable courrier.

What is your refund policy?Because my products are perishable, all food sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed and collected by the courier. Please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. We will need photographic evidence to begin the enquiry process. If photographic evidence is not provided by the customer, Happy Crumbs Bakery will not take any further action. In the unlikely event that your products might be damaged, or spoiled during transit, Happy Crumb Bakery will replace the product(s) In the unlikely event that you received the wrong product(s), Happy Crumb Bakery will resend the right cookie(s) again. In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, Happy Crumb Bakery will resend your order(s) We'll refund your order and shipping costs, except in the following cases: Failed delivery due to an error in the address provided. Failed delivery due to customers not being available to receive their parcel or leave safe place instructions. Photographic evidence is not provided by the customer while reporting issues with the order.
